I've eaten here twice and the food was delicious both times!
The chips and house salsa are both really good and so is their pico de gallo. However, I was not that thrilled with their queso sauce - it was so-so for me.
I ordered the taco platter with chicken, steak and fish tacos. The fish I chose was their grilled mahi mahi and while the chicken and steak tacos were delicious, the mahi mahi was amazing! They were the first fish tacos I have ever had and I was definitely impressed!
My boyfriend and I split a churro for dessert. Not only was it large enough fro four people to split, it was mouth-wateringly good. (Not a word, I know - but that's the best way I can describe it!)
As far as drinks go, I've tried the Capirinha Clasico (pretty good, although Coco Luoco's version is the best I've ever had), the Mojito (delicious!) and their sangria (pretty good, but again - the sangria at Coco Luoco is amazing). I say go for the Mojito - it was perfect!

I heard about Flaco's Cocina when I was actually at another restaurant, Momo's. I was having dinner at Momo's and our waitress was actually a waitress from Flaco's Cocina because they had yet to open and they are owned by the same person, so some of the staff was over working at Momo's for the time being.
Well fast forward a little bit and I finally found my way to Flaco's Cocina. Flaco's Cocina is a great place to go eat. They have your standard Mexican favorites but with a nice Caribbean flare to them
Their fish tacos are the bomb. Definitely try them if you go...salsa is fresh and delicious. I haven't tried much outside of the fish tacos and I don't think I ever will, they're really good.
Mushroom tostada was also awesome, try it if you like mushrooms and yummy cheese. Can't complain about this place, service is also solid
Love this place! My favorite is the tempura baja burrito.. the tacos are great as well. Flaco's has the best homemade chips & salsa. I love the fire roasted and verde. Delicious margaritas & sangria..The service at times could be alittle better. But the staff are friendly and the food is so good, I will keep coming back! On Sundays it is industry night so 25% off food and 2 for 1 on all specialty drinks.. can't beat that!
